Moroccan cooking class
The complete Moroccan cooking class: starter, main and dessert made from scratch, then enjoyed at the table. All day, every day.
Small-group Moroccan cooking classes and an authentic table in the heart of Marrakech. Taste, learn, then sit down together.

At Lalla Amira, the restaurant and the cooking school share the same kitchen: that is where classes take place, and where the dishes served in the dining room come from.
Café from 9 am, lunch, cooking classes all day, dinner until 10:30 pm: one address in the medina, a short walk from the Koutoubia.

Small groups, all equipment provided, recipes to take home. No experience needed.

Roll the semolina by hand, prepare the seven-vegetable broth and share Morocco's Friday dish.

From the first glass of tea to the last bite.
Introductions over mint tea and the menu of the day.
Smell, recognise and measure ras el hanout, cumin, saffron.
Everyone at their station: chopping, kneading, assembling, with the chef by your side.
While it simmers, we prepare the salads and dessert.
We taste together what we cooked, with bread and tea.
You leave with the booklet to cook it all again at home.

Authentic Moroccan cuisine, flavours from here and elsewhere, cooked in the same kitchen as our classes.
